Ordering Items:
Please browse through our catalogue and click on any items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on "checkout". You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order 

Delivery schedule:
We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World. Our system will email you when your items have been posted.

Payment:
You may pay us by using your Credit Card or Debit Card through our "Sage Pay" portal, or through Bank Transfer, details will be supplied after purchase.
For UK buyers only payment by cheque or postal/money order is also accepted for sums over £9.99. Please note however that cheque payment will involve a delay of up to 10 days for clearance.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s

Packaging:
At Straps 4 Watches, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that this happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases.

A Fair Returns Policy:

We want you to feel confident when you buy from us. All items that we send out are inspected to ensure that they are in perfect condition. However if you wish to return an item to us for replacement or credit this is not a problem... subject to a few simple conditions.......

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us first then return it to us within 7 days as is required by "The Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling ) Regulations . We will in these circumstances make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. You are responsible for the postage costs unless we agree that we are at fault in which case we will reimburse your postal costs.

Please ensure that you put the correct postage on the packet, most watch straps will require "Large Letter Post". Also it is advisable to record the item or at least obtain proof of posting from the post office, so that compensation can be claimed in the unlikely event of it going astray in the post. You have a legal duty of care for the item and it is your responsibility until we have received it back safe and sound.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland):
For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. Our current postal charges are itemised here, if you require a service not listed then please email us for a quote.

Royal mail 1st Class or Recorded Delivery are our standard methods. We will normally ship your goods within one working day of receiving your order and payment.
If you require enhanced insurance, or an expedited service please email us for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Straps 4 Watches reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Should the purchaser select a postal option other than first/second class postage then the extra cost of the requested option shall be deemed to be under a seperate contract for the purposes of the distance selling regulations.

Overseas & non-mainland UK:
For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. Our current postal charges are itemised here, if you require a service not listed then please email us for a quote. Items mailed to outside the UK will normally be sent Airmail.

If you require enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email us for a quote BEFORE placing your order.
