Our postage deadline on most days is mid day (Saturday is 10.30 am)
Orders received after 10.30 am on a Saturday will sent on the following Monday

 Saturday special delivery orders must be placed between mid day Thursday and mid day Friday for guarantee'd Saturday delivery.

All items are sent out via Royal Mail for all types of postal charges.

Watches, clocks and other larger items are charged per item and the postage costs are shown on the check out page. Please note that cancellation must be made within 12 hours.



Returning an item
Before you return an item please read the following...


If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange for what ever reason
this is not a problem, however please note that the item must
be in new and unused condition with all labels and tags attached.
No forms to return !

But you must email us within fourteen days of your receipt of the item to inform us 

Please ensure that the item is packed securely and that the package has sufficient postage applied for the weight and size.
All items except pins will require large letter postage

If there is insufficient postage on it the Post Office will delay delivery of the item and then require us to pay a £1.00 charge plus the extra postage. This we will be unable to do so the post office will return the item to you.

If you are returning the item for a replacement which is not due to our error then please include stamps or funds to cover the return postage.

Remember, that the goods are your responsibility until we have received
them back, so it is advisable that you send the item by "Recorded Delivery"
or at least obtain a "Proof of Posting"  certificate from the Post Office so that
compensation can be claimed from Royal Mail in the unlikely event of it going astray.


Please be aware that unless we have previously agreed to it,
we cannot be responsible for the postage costs.
When an item is returned for a refund you should know that in
addition to having born the cost of the postage and packing
we will also in most cases have been charged for the payment
processing and will be charged yet again for the refund processing.
